Starlink Availability Card: World Map and Country Check
Starlink is available in 173 countries and territories, with 63 more pending launch. This is shown by Starlink’s own map data. On our world map, you can see the status of each country at a glance, find your destination or place of residence via the search and jump directly to the official Starlink map for the respective country with one click. There you check your address – and via our link there is the free month for it.

Status of the Starlink card data, read out on 15.10.2026
The numbers are based on the file Starlink uses to fill its own availability card (availability.json). Starlink counts not only states, but also overseas territories such as Greenland, Guadeloupe or the Faroe Islands as well as uninhabited areas such as Antarctica. Some controversial areas feature Starlink under special codes; they are not included in our overview. For 6 countries – including Ukraine, Georgia, Cyprus and Egypt – the file does not specify a uniform country status, but differentiates by region.

Available
Starlink is launched in the country and can be ordered. Individual areas can still be busy; the Starlink map marks them with dark hexagons.
Coming soon
The launch is announced. For many countries, Starlink calls “2026”, for others, the date is open. Ordering is usually not yet possible.
Pending approval
Starlink is waiting for the license of the national authority, for example in India, Pakistan, Thailand, Saudi Arabia and Turkey. There is no deadline.
Not available
Starlink does not offer any service here – in China including Hong Kong and Macau, Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Syria and Afghanistan. Travel fares do not work there either.
Good to know for travelers: With a travel fare, you can also use Starlink in other countries where the service is available, depending on the fare. How to check your address on the Starlink card

Open country map
Choose the country in our world map and tap on the button in the detail field. The official Starlink card opens in the appropriate country version.

Enter street, number and place and select a proposal from the list – without selecting from the list, the address cannot be checked.

Read the result
Starlink shows the available tariffs, the hardware price and ongoing promotions. Dark marked hexagons on the map mark areas that Starlink considers „coming soon“.

Order with Free Month
If you order via our link, Starlink will credit you with a free service month, according to the Help Center. It shall be counted towards the second month.
Important: The country map only shows whether Starlink basically has capacity at your address. Whether the antenna there also gets a clear view of the sky, you check after the order with the Starlink app – or beforehand with our guide Starlink correctly align. How the recommendation month works is explained by the Starlink Help Center.
Starlink’s map page will remember our recommendation code as long as you stay in the same browser tab. If you order afterwards, the free month is included.

How do I check if Starlink is available at my address?

Is Starlink available throughout Germany?
Yes, Starlink lists Germany as available nationwide. Individual areas may be busy; the map marks them as dark hexagons. If your address is affected, the address check shows.
What do the dark hexagons on the Starlink card mean?
They mark areas that Starlink leads in the legend as “coming soon”. There a new connection is currently not possible or only with waiting time, although the country is available as a whole.
When does Starlink start in India, Thailand or Turkey?
Starlink does not specify a date for these countries, but refers to the pending official approval. For other countries, Starlink mentions 2026 as a planned start, for example for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia or Tanzania; for South Africa, the date is open, according to Starlink.
Can I use Starlink on holiday in other countries?
Yes, with a travel fare in countries where Starlink is available. Private household rates are bound to the order address. In countries without a service or without permission, use is not allowed.
How current is this card?
